KuriusHacks: Summer Edition is a 48 hour virtual hackathon open to high school, CÉGEP, and undergraduate students focused on the creation of social good. Requirements

Projects must be submitted on both Devpost & HackItForward at these time:

  • Devpost: August 29, 2021 @ 4:00 PM EDT.
  • HackItForwardAugust 29, 2021 @ 4:30 PM EDT

Requirements for your project to be considered eligible for prizes:

  1. Include a link to the code of your solution in your submission (whether it is on a repository or on another platform). The link should be accessible and public.
  2. Include a 3 minutes-max video to demo your project.
  3. Your solution should respond to one of the challenges offered by the non-profit organizations. (OPT-IN to one of the challenges! Even if you're in the beginner track!)
  4. Have a descriptive Devpost submission.
  5. Teams of only up to 4 people are allowed.
  6. No part of the coding of your project should be started before the start of the hackathon. You can begin ideating though!
  7. Submit your project on HackItForward if you want to be eligible for prizes! (More details about eligibility in rules)
  8. You must have joined our Discord server & remain there throughout the entirety of the event to be eligible for prizes.
